Mariemont, Ohio     June 21, 2014     5:46 pm–7:10 pm     warm and humid     84 °F (heat index around 88 °F)     short-sleeve shirt, hiking pants, wide-brimmed sun hat, hair pulled back, bare feet     rush of air conditioners     cars parked in my view, left, others came     church bells     tiny mosquitos swarming around me just outside the subtle haze of bug spray, too frequently passing through to bite me     smell of pasta (or pizza?)     a few people passed by     mourning dove calling
