Mariemont, Ohio     November 18, 2014     10:21 am–10:39 am     very cold, bright with sun on snow     18 °F (around 12 °F ? with windchill)     long-sleeved shirt, leggings, fleece-lined jeans, wool socks, snow boots, snow pants, fleece jacket, fleece scarf, winter coat, ski gloves, fleece-lined wool hat with earflaps     bits of snow blowing off trees, onto me     crackle of cold branches in wind     a few cars swishing by     sat directly in snow; toes and fingers got a little cold     ink froze on paper; melted, dried later
